What You Will Need
All you require is a multi-chain Ethereum-based wallet, such as MetaMask and TrustWallet. It is completely free to participate as it is a testnet campaign.
Getting Started with Neon Link
Before conducting actions to earn points that will convert to NEON rewards, you’ll need to add the Neon Link testnet network to your MetaMask wallet and secure some tNEON and other testnet tokens, if you haven’t already. If you have you can skip this section.
Adding Neon Link testnet network to MetaMask
Begin by adding the Neon Link testnet to MetaMask using the following details:

- Symbol: tNEON
- Explorer: https://testnet-scan.neonlink.io
Alternatively, Chainlist.org provides a quick and easy way to add the testnet to your wallet. Simply tick the ‘Include Testnets’ box and search for ‘Neonlink Testnet’.

Obtaining Testnet NEON (tNEON)
Your next step is to obtain testnet NEON, as well as a variety of other testnet assets.
You can claim 10 tNEON via the following faucet:
Note that each wallet can only claim a maximum of 10 tNEON, which you’ll receive upon a single claim. This amount should suffice for the actions detailed below. If you exhaust your tNEON, rest assured that you’ll be able to claim more.
Claiming tNEON will also reward you with a variety of test tokens (e.g., USDT, BNB, AVAX, and BTC). You can see these in the testnet blockchain explorer.

Use the Decentralised Exchange
Use the NEON DEX (https://dex.neonlink.io/) to add liquidity and swap between tNEON and the other testnet crypto assets you’ve received from the faucet.
Mint a Neonite
Mint a Neonite NFT (https://neonites.neonlink.io/mint-nft). Try your luck in securing a Legendary Neonite for bonus points!
Minting a Neonite will cost you 1 tNEON plus a nominal network fee.
